Spencer Frantz, Partner

Prior to Stonecrop, Spencer was CEO of MyShopManager, an automotive software business that grew to more than $10M in annual revenues, which he led until its merger with BoltOn Technologies. Additionally, he served as the VP of Sales at Veho, a $1.5B venture capital-backed logistics technology company. Spencer was also an early employee at Uber, where he held a variety of strategy and operations roles, and started his career in the Commercial Leadership Program at General Electric.

Spencer holds a BS in Business Administration and Politics from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Spencer lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his wife, Claire, and daughter, Lillian. Spencer is a lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers and an instrument rated commercial pilot.

Victor Corrigan, Partner

Victor began his career in management consulting at Alvarez & Marsal, a global consultancy focused on advising management teams in turnaround situations. He subsequently served as Finance Manager at FullStory, a high-growth tech startup in Atlanta which raised over $125M from leading venture capital firms. Victor has additional investing and M&A experience from Moelis & Company, Braemont Capital, and Overline, and serves as an independent consultant for several small businesses in the Southeast.

Victor holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Victor and his wife, Mary Claire, were both born and raised in Atlanta and currently reside in Charlottesville, Virginia. Outside of work, Victor enjoys traveling with Mary Claire, watching Georgia football games, and playing golf.
